Agreement

By using our website or booking a retreat with Sadhana Bhumi Himalaya for Life Research, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions mentioned on this page. These terms and conditions outline the agreement between you and the retreat centre.

Booking and Payment

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. We shall not be held liable or responsible for any transaction fee that occurred during the booking.
• Failure to make full payment by the specified due date may result in cancellation of your booking and loss of your deposit.
• The prices for retreat packages are subject to change without prior notice. However, the changes will not affect the booking already confirmed with full payment.

Cancellation and Refunds

Sadhana Bhumi reserves the right to change or cancel any program due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, political instability, or insufficient enrollment. Should this happen, you will receive a full refund of all payments made. However, we shall not be held liable for providing refunds for late arrivals, early departures or unused services during the retreat.

Retreat Participation

All the participants of the yoga retreat at Yoga Sadhana Bhumi must be above the age of 18. We have the complete right to refuse any participants that we deem unfit or unsuitable for the retreat. You shall be responsible for your personal belongings and valuables during the retreat. We at Yoga Sadhana Bhumi shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to your personal property. However, Yoga Sadhana Bhumi has been very safe in order to meet your qualify retreat, visitors outsides will not enter the premises.

Accommodation and Meals

Accommodation and meals are included in the program fees, as specified on our website. Participants are expected to respect the accommodations and follow all rules and regulations provided by Sadhana Bhumi and the accommodation providers. Any additional services or amenities not included in the program fees will be the responsibility of the participant.

Code of Conduct

As a participant in our yoga retreat program, you are expected to conduct yourself in a respectful and mindful manner at all times during the retreat. We shall not permit the consumption of alcohol, recreational drugs. We have complete rights to ask you to leave the retreat without any form of remuneration should you conduct yourself in a disruptive way. Limitation of Liability

Sadhana Bhumi shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage or any other loss or damage resulting from participation in the program, except in cases of gross negligence or misconduct by Sadhana Bhumi or its employees. You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with yoga, meditation and any other activities involved in the program. Additionally, we reserve the complete right to make changes to retreat itinerary, schedule or accommodation as required. You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Retreat Center, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from their participation in the retreat.

Intellectual Property

All the materials provided by our Yoga Sadhana Bhumi retreat centre, including but not limited to instructional materials, photographs, and videos are the intellectual property of the Retreat and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior permission. You grant our retreat centre the complete right to use any photographs or videos taken during the retreat for promotional purposes unless stated otherwise.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nepal.

Modifications and Acceptance

Yoga Sadhana Bhumi reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By registering for any program or service offered by Sadhana Bhumi, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions along with any terms and conditions modified in the future. By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by them in their entirety.
